The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was perfect, walking distance to popular markets and metro stations. , there was a cute balcony with a roadside view, perfect for a cup of tea in the evening.
The staff was uncooperative and insensitive to my needs. They gave me a room on the first floor despite my disability.

The rooms were clean and spacious with all the basic modern amenities available. the key location close proximity to major markets and the metro was a huge plus.
The staff was uncooperative and insensitive to one's needs, such as in the case of giving a room at the first floor to someone who was differently-abled. one reviewer had the unfortunate experience of not being allowed to check-in due to the hotel's lack of license to host foreigners, forcing them to sleep in a train station.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the market and metro station at a close proximity. The staff was very well-behaved and the host was always there to help. The balcony offered a great view of the surroundings and made for a pleasant evening coffee.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Clean, spacious rooms with modern amenities. Cute balcony with roadside view. Well-mannered staff. Wonderful location near Dharamtala New Market and walking distance to Chandni Chowk Metro. Helpful and polite hotel host.
